Blog Post 3 "enjoyment"
Hello! Its been a second since i updated this, got depressed for a bit there :3. Anyways! Ive recently been going back in time and playing some games i played as a wee child, and i wanna yap about them here. First game i went back and played was the Simpsons game, but the Wii version specifically, which yes is the worst version to play but its the one i grew up with so shut up. That game has so much whimsy in it and playing through each level has given me the biggest hit of nostalgia ever, especially the level where you play as Bart and Homer and you take down Lard Lad after he came to life, and its like youre fighting godzilla. Me and my brother would spend HOURS replaying this single level alone. Then the next game ive been playing was call of duty world at war, just to high round on the zombies, and ive gotten pretty good. Ive specifically been grinding on the map "shi no numa", mainly because its one of the easiest maps to high round :P. My PB right now is just 63 but that still took hours and ive yet to come even close to that again. Then the final one im playing now, which is a modern one is Fallout 76, but i wont yap about that too much, if youre reading this youve probably had to hear me gush about this game already. But as for the future, i plan on finally playing "In Stars and Time", which is a super cool indie game that i keep starting and just not continuing, but it will be next on my list, and then the final game i really wanna tackle is "Skyward Sword". I played this game wayyy back in the day (i rented it from a Family Video when it came out, remember those!) and ive always wanted to revisit it, but never got around to it. But the remaster has been staring me in the face lately, so it will be soon. Anywho, thank you for reading! - Astrid
